Pyrobond 4: Optimize adhesion on cylindrical products with this Pyrosil Flame Treatment System

This Pyrosil flame treatment unit is designed for the rapid application of flame & Pyrosil to glassware and other cylindrical or tapered objects.

 

Specifically for glass, the machine preheats the item via an additional set of burners that are crucial to achieving a high level of adhesion. The PYROBOND 4 GL system can treat a wide range of materials. including stainless steel, aluminum, glass, and plastic and more.

 

The flame treatment machine has 4 burners which can be independently controlled depending on substrate height to accommodate short, medium, or tall objects. Additionally, automatic blank detection prevents the waste of propane and Pyrosil.

 

Touch screen operation gives the operator full control of table speed, burner function, rotations, and more. The burner manifold slides on an aluminum carriage making it easy to adjust position and tilt, resulting in an even application of flame and Pyrosil. Plus, flow control valves allow for the precise setting of the pilot, while pressure transducers provide an alarm when propane or Pyrosil vessels reach a low state.

The unit comes standard with a stainless steel shell and a stainless steel table. The table puts the unit at an ideal working height of 40” and the motor driven carousel ensures the smooth movement of products through the treatment area. The unit does not require compressed air, making it a portable and small footprint machine for tight manufacturing environments.
