Aptly named TwoBee, the latest UV rotary printer from IDS is a dual-spindled tube printer that has been designed for high-speed, 360° seamless printing on tubes commonly used in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.
With 2×2 operation stations that rotate in and out, the new TwoBee continuously prints tubes with smooth gradients, photorealistic images and crisp small-sized texts, providing maximum profit potential and process improvement on medium- & short-run tube printing.
Plus, it’s built with a completely automated system that handles the loading, printing, curing & unloading of the tubes. The operator simply adds tubes into the hopper, and then the system will transmit and load tubes two by two onto the mandrels for printing. After being cured, the tubes will be unloaded and the process repeats.
