We are excited to announce that Jim Tower has joined the Innovative Digital Systems (IDS) team as our new Technical Projects Manager. In this role, Jim will work closely with our Engineering, Technical Services and R&D departments to drive key corporate initiatives and support our long-term growth strategy.

Jim brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the digital printing industry, where he has worked with a diverse range of industrial printing equipment, including flatbed, rotary and single-pass technologies. His expertise spans both technical and leadership roles, having served as a Field Service Engineer and later as a seasoned Technical Service Manager. Throughout his career, Jim has successfully built and led high performing teams of technicians, gaining a reputation for his strong technical acumen and leadership skills.

We are confident that Jim’s deep industry knowledge and proven track record of managing complex technical projects will be instrumental in enhancing IDS’s capabilities, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. We are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to expand and elevate our company.
