Innovative Digital Systems (IDS) is excited to announce the promotion of Sandi Baginski to the role of Creative Director, effective immediately. Baginski, a dedicated team member since 2021, brings a unique blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and a strong track record of success that will drive forward the company’s innovative initiatives.
Since joining IDS as a rotary print operator in 2021, Baginski has demonstrated remarkable growth and leadership. Her quick rise within the company includes promotions to Floor Supervisor & Inventory Management in 2022, Pre-Press Manager in 2023, and Sampling & Design in 2024. During her tenure in Sampling & Design, she contributed significantly to IDS earning the prestigious NJPEC Package Design award in late 2024, showcasing her innovative approach and commitment. Her elevation to Creative Director reflects her profound influence on IDS’s creative output and overall success.
Baginski’s diverse background has shaped her multifaceted creative approach. A lifelong artist, she studied Fine Arts & Photography for 14 years. Before joining IDS, she honed her skills through various roles, including freelance artist, muralist, photographer, and event planner. She is also a self-taught graphic designer and digital illustrator, skills she developed while working for an embroidery and apparel printing company. Her artistic pursuits extend to publishing, having illustrated two children’s books available on Amazon, with more on the horizon.
Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Baginski has called Charlotte, NC, home since 2013. Outside of her professional achievements, she embraces a vibrant lifestyle as a surfer, beach and outdoor enthusiast, dog lover, and Disney fan. She is also a proud mother to a teenage son. Despite her proficiency in digital mediums, her preferred creative tools remain pencils and paper, emphasizing her timeless artistic roots.
As the new Creative Director, Baginski will oversee all creative aspects of Innovative Digital Systems, further enhancing the company’s reputation for cutting-edge design and unparalleled quality. Her leadership is expected to inspire new innovative projects and elevate IDS’s creative influence in the industry.
