DIGI-Compact

The Bergstein DIGI-Compact is a high-speed, single pass industrial inkjet printer engineered for direct-to-product printing on plastics, glass, metal, aluminum, nitrile, and cardboard. Combining precision with flexibility, it supports manual or automated loading and integrates optional plasma, flame, Pyrosil, corona, ionization, or NIR pretreatment for superior adhesion.

Built on a stable single-frame design with a modular cassette system and advanced transport shuttles, it ensures consistent results at speeds up to 25 m/min. Configurable with up to 6 colors and 6 UV LED pinning units, the DIGI-Compact features intuitive HMI controls, remote diagnostics, and UV Mercury and/or LED curing—all in a compact, energy-efficient system that delivers high-quality output with minimal ink consumption and maintenance.
