Mimaki USA lists up to 25 m²/hour (269.1 ft²/hour) for color + white at 300 × 300 dpi, 4 passes. The brochure excludes LH-100 ink from this mode. Actual throughput varies with ink, artwork, resolution, and setup.
RasterLink7 generates ink-layering data for 2.5D effects. Standard and high-speed Braille modes support tactile applications; finished signs must be evaluated against the requirements of their intended use.
Support materials up to 50 mm thick. The two-zone vacuum table and front-access controls simplify positioning, while the pull-out ink unit allows access for replacement and maintenance.
The Nozzle Check Unit detects missing nozzles and initiates cleaning. The Nozzle Recovery System can substitute working nozzles when cleaning does not resolve an issue.
CMYK, white, clear, light colors, and primer availability depends on the selected ink set. PR-200 is not compatible with LUS-211 or LUS-350. Test adhesion and finish on your actual material before production.
RasterLink7 supports print preparation and textured effects. Mimaki PICT provides remote status and ink-use monitoring. An ionizer kit and a 4C+4White ink applying kit are listed as optional accessories.
