The PYROTRACK is a flame pretreatment unit specifically designed for the rapid application of flame and Pyrosil to the surface flat objects. This application helps the printed ink bond to the surface of the material.
Not only is the system designed for flame AND/OR Pyrosil treatments, but the fully adjustable height (up to 20.25”) allows operators to treat products ranging from flat sign blanks to coolers.
The PYROTRACK system can treat a wide range of materials. The list includes, but is not limited to: stainless steel, aluminum, glass, polypropylene, and plastic. The machine has nine (9) burners which can be independently controlled depending on the desired treatable area. This feature prevents waste of fuel and Pyrosil.
