The RevHDL is truly in a class of its own. It’s the world’s first UV printer specifically engineered for direct-to-object printing on handled cylindrical and tapered conical objects. Think coffee mugs, travel tumblers, and popular Stanley-style cups. This is a dedicated solution to a long-standing market need, not just an incremental improvement in UV printing technology.
Advanced Printing Capabilities for Durable Designs
This pioneering advancement integrates high-speed industrial Ricoh printheads. They enable high-resolution, full-spectrum color printing with CMYK. Furthermore, the RevHDL’s capabilities extend far beyond. It offers opaque white underlays and premium inline jettable primers. These improve adhesion across various substrates, ensuring durable prints. Plus, high-gloss varnish contributes to dishwasher-durable prints. For the first time, a UV printer was designed from the ground up to conquer the unique challenges of printing items with handles. It even achieves applications on clear, transparent handled vessels that were previously impossible.

Revolutionary Design & Peak Performance
The RevHDL achieves these feats through its revolutionary design. It’s precisely engineered to cradle and oscillate these uniquely shaped goods. Capable of resolutions up to 1200 x 900 dpi, it renders intricate designs with unwavering accuracy. Moreover, with a generous print length exceeding 14 inches and accommodating diameters from 2.56″ to 5.12″, the RevHDL empowers our customers. They can bring grander creative visions to life with fewer design limitations. To maximize production output, the RevHDL can print up to four handled objects simultaneously. This is a testament to its innovative design rooted in real-world production demands for high-speed UV printing.
Broad Material Compatibility
Beyond glass, the machine delivers premium adhesion on other challenging substrates. It uses specialized primers for materials like ceramic, stainless steel, polyolefin plastics, and various wood mug materials. This makes it an ideal UV printer for mugs and various other promotional products.
In essence, the RevHDL expertly fuses the advantages of UV-LED curing technology. It also combines the speed and versatility of the latest printhead technology. Most importantly, it includes a specialized, world-first oscillating rotary system. The result is an efficient, high-quality solution for decorating handled objects.
